Have been on Singtel mioTV service for 2 weeks now and I realized that my broadband internet speed has dropped all the way to 1.5mbps from 10bmbps when viewing HD content.
Rang up Singtel technical helpdesk and was told that the broadband speed is shared with mioTV service hence the slow speed. In order to have a better surfing experience, I am advised to apply for an additional residential line specially for mioTV.
Seriously feeling disappointed, does that mean I am getting some kind of discount being a Singnet broadband and mioTV customer? Looks like I will be returning my setup box once the trial ends.
