Right, Singtel rang me up again today and asked for feedback on the service.
What can I possibly say? The service still sucks, screen occasionally freezes while watching action shows pisses me off. But hey, they brought me good news. They will be waiving the monthly base subscription fee of $16 from now till March next year. So for now, I will just have to pay $10 monthly for the DVR recording feature if I just stick to 2-3 channels
